Details about the evening

  • A free shuttle service will be available for all guests. The 56 passenger bus will depart at 5:45 and 6:15 from 2600 N. Bogus Basin Road. Please park in the spaces adjacent to the Pursuit Church, on the south side of the parking lot, shown on the map below. Do not park in front of the businesses on the north end of the lot. Return shuttles will be available at 9:00 and 9:15. You can also drive to the event and park in the lot there.

  • You will need to check in at the entrance to the event. At check-in, you will receive 2 drink tickets per person, a program and your bid number for the evening.

  • All auction items and purchases at the bar will be tallied using your bid number. Please note that the bar will not accept cash or credit cards. Drinks must be paid for using a bid number.

  • The menu for the evening features a variety of options including a chicken entree as well as vegan and gluten free dishes. Woodland Empire beer, red and white wines (by the glass and bottle), and sangria will be available. Appetizers and drinks begin at 6:00, dinner begins at 7:00.

Several fantastic packages will be featured in the live auction. New this year, we will also offer raffle tickets to win the Treasure Chest, a collection of items valued at over $1,200! Only 150 $50 tickets will be sold!


The Dinner on Dry Creek is a benefit for the Land Trust of the Treasure Valley; funds raised go towards the organization’s three focus areas of land conservation, stewardship, and community education and engagement. The annual dinner is a celebration of conservation with local folks, local food, live music, and a live auction

Your support at this annual event helps the Land Trust achieve its mission of conserving the natural, scenic, recreational, historic and agricultural values of southwestern Idaho’s open spaces.

The Dinner on Dry Creek will be held Friday, August 24 at 6:00 pm at the Hidden Springs Community Barn.
