A community supported nonprofit organization founded in 1996, we work with the general public, private landowners and public agencies to protect open space in the Treasure Valley, focusing on the foothills of the Boise Front and the Boise River. We acquire land and easements, protect and restore natural areas by planting natives and controlling invasive plants, and introduce people of all ages to nature through classes, hands on the land projects such as trail work and habitat restoration.
Land conservation, stewardship, community outreach and education, it's what we do. Connecting people to nature through programs like the Les Bois Film Festival, trail projects, and Kids 'n Nature.
